What a whirlwind of a week! Do you ever feel time drag on and yet fly by? That was what happened the last seven days.
Our week started off learning concepts that would be implemented a few days later. There was a written test, leadership seminar with a retired Marine, tour of an Osprey, full day patrolling the woods, and test prep. A very busy week indeed.

Yesterday (Friday) I had the privilege of meeting up with one of my buddies from the Greenville unit. He’s not there anymore, but that’s where we first worked together. We got to go into town for some food.
Now that the ninth week has concluded, we are officially at the halfway point of the course. Woohoo! It will be official official on Monday afternoon when we take our Phase II exam. Pray that the test goes well and we all pass. Everything happens fast around here. It will be May before we know it!
Speaking of May, we are inching closer to graduation! You may be making plans to head over to Quantico. If so, please let me know if I should be expecting you. I don’t anticipate the ceremony itself will be the most exciting thing you’ve ever been to, so maybe Family Day (day before graduation) would be a better time. Just let me know if you are interested in either one and I can start planning accordingly.
Please pray for our test this coming week. There are also folks running the endurance course again for a better score. Pray for safety on the course. We don’t want anymore injuries! As always, continue to pray for safety, health, and favorable weather. God has been faithful thus far. Until next time: Be strong. Love God. Love others.
